Rules of Engagement

The client understands that there is a mandatory mediation prior to the filing of complaints, lawsuits, negative reviews or claims online. In the case that the client files a negative review of Blue Systems International private investigations firm, it’s agents or affiliates; The client will be sued for slander, libel, and defamation of character.  The client understands that they will be responsible for a minimum of $100,000.00 in damages for slander and libel claims.

Client agrees to hold the firm, representatives and its agents harmless from any and all damages, losses, costs, and expenses including attorney fees suffered or incurred in connection with or arising out of claims which are occasioned by any disclosure of any part of said reports. In Witness Whereof, the Parties set their hands on the date this is fore-mentioned above. This instrument (including any exhibits) contains the entire contract between the parties. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Orange County, California.  The prevailing party shall be entitled to court costs, private investigations fees, and attorney’s fees.

Court case testimonies are charged at $575.00 per hour with a minimum of 8 hours and it must be reserved 15 days in advance and based on availability.  We will not accept a court ordered subpoena unless the fee is paid in advance. 

All reports will be provided verbally and or by email or text messages. The cost for a written report will be an additional charge of $750 flat fee for the first 5 pages and $300 for additional pages.

Client agrees to compensate firm back for any damages sustained because of the investigation including cyberbullying, online cyber attacks, stalking or in the case where the client has to engage with the defendant or subject who is the focus of the investigation. Blue Systems International is a private investigation firm that is hired by the client in order to provide a service with respect to state and federal laws; And therefore, the stalkers, scammers, criminals, and defendants always targe Blue Systems International for helping the client and unveiling the truth and facts. Even if Blue Systems International private investigations firm simply investigates the matter and in the middle of the investigation are online cyber attacked and cyberbullied for the investigation. In many cases the stalkers, scammers, criminals, and defendants cyberbully, cyber attack, write fraudulent negative reviews in order to discredit the PI firm.

Blue Systems International private investigations have the right to record via video and voice at any time during the interaction with the client, subjects or defendants in any type of investigation cases in order to rewind and review information shared and what has occurred.  All information, recordings or videos are the explicit property of Blue Systems International private investigations and the PI firm may use it to defend itself. All clients are protected by the confidentiality agreement between Blue Systems International private investigations and the client.

Terms and Conditions Introduction 

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Blue Systems International, including private investigations, background checks, surveillance, TSCM bug sweeps, and cybersecurity services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. 

No Guarantee of Results While Blue Systems International (BSI) is committed to conducting thorough and professional investigations, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. The nature of investigative work involves numerous variables and unforeseen circumstances that may affect the ability to achieve the desired result. Consequently, BSI provides its services on a best-effort basis and clients should understand that the success of an investigation cannot be assured. 

Agreement to Non-Dispute of Charges

By engaging the services of Blue Systems International (BSI), the client agrees not to file a dispute with their credit card bank regarding the charges for services rendered. The client further instructs and authorizes their bank to remit payment to BSI as agreed upon in the service contract. This agreement ensures that all financial transactions are honored and that BSI is compensated for the professional services provided.

1. Services: Blue Systems International provides a range of investigative and security services. The scope and details of these services will be agreed upon in a written contract between the client and Blue Systems International.
2. Confidentiality: All information obtained during the course of investigations will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Blue Systems International commits to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our clients and their information.
3. Accuracy  of Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information relevant to the investigation. Blue Systems International is not responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions provided by the client.
4. Payment Terms: Clients agree to pay for the services provided by Blue Systems International as per the agreed rates.
5. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies and refund terms will be detailed in the individual service contracts. Generally, cancellations must be made in writing and may be subject to fees depending on the timing and circumstances.
6. Liability: Blue Systems International will perform all services with due diligence and care. However, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of our services, except in cases of proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
7. Compliance with Laws: Blue Systems International operates in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Clients are also expected to comply with all relevant laws when utilizing our services.
8. Use of Results: The results and reports provided by Blue Systems International are for the client’s use only and must not be distributed or used for any illegal purposes. Unauthorized sharing or use of our reports may result in legal action.
9. Service Areas: The results and reports provided by Blue Systems International are for the client’s use only and must not be distributed or used for any illegal purposes. Unauthorized sharing or use of our reports may result in legal action.
10. Intellectual Property: All content, including reports, methodologies, and promotional materials, are the intellectual property of Blue Systems International. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this content is prohibited.
11. Modifications to Terms: Blue Systems International reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California in and for Orange County, Ca. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.
