Police chase started after a 911 call in Orange County
The police chase started on Brookhurst st and ended up with 11 vehicles crashed
The police chase began when Orange County private investigators called “911” and reported a suspicious white male, in his 30’s, dirty blonde hair, unshaved, approximately 5’9, 160 lbs wearing a black gray baseball cap with a black sweat shirt and dark green pants. The suspect was entering a white and blue van bearing California license plate numbers: 2LIS628. Orange County private investigators noticed the subject at first as he aggressively approached a white female at the Texaco gas station on 700 N. Brookhurst St. Anaheim, CA 92801. The female was the wife of one of the Orange County private investigators. The subject was approaching her, attempting to grab her; until her husband immediately noticed and intercepted the suspect and warned him to back off. The suspect’s body language was very aggressive in nature towards the PI. The suspect verbally assaulted the Orange County private investigator and fled the area on foot; he walked across, towards a blue and white van which was backed up in a parking space at the Carl’s Jr. The Orange County private investigators noticed that the suspect was entering a blue and white Chevy van parked in front of Carl’s Jr. Restaurant next to the Texaco station on Brookhurst St in Anaheim, CA 92801. The private investigators diligently watched the suspect in order to profile and determine his motives and intent. The suspect’s behavior was extremely aggressive and uncontrolled. The suspect was walking around the area, mainly watching females, young adults and children. Orange county private investigators realized that the suspect was hiding behind vehicles and objects while watching young adults, children and females walking throughout the parking lot; entering in businesses and stores. After a thorough surveillance and investigation, the Orange County private investigators determined that the suspect’s motives and behavior are criminal in nature. The PI’s decided to approach the white and blue van, in order to take a closer look. The suspect was extremely angry and upset when the Orange County private investigator snapped a photo of his license plates. The suspect yelled and screamed profanities. The Orange county private investigator called 911 and reported the suspect as he was casing the area and looking for vulnerable individuals, children, females and young adults as an easy prey and target.
The Orange county private investigators noticed that the license plates on the white and blue van were expired since 2005. Please see photos attached.

The Orange county private investigators called 911 immediately and reported the suspect. The Anaheim police department responded and the suspect got into the white and blue van with the expired California license plate numbers: 2LIS628. The suspect drove off at highs speed heading north on Brookhurst Street, disregarding any police sirens and lights that were in pursuit. The suspect drove onto I-5 south; during rush hour and in the middle of heavy traffic at approximately 1645 hours. The Anaheim police department continued pursuit on the I-5 south and the suspect continued to drive recklessly and without disregard for anyone, on I-5 south and exited on Euclid street. The suspect lost control of his 1985 white and blue Chevy van colliding onto vehicles, left and right. The traffic collision occurred at approximately 1650 hours with approximately 11 vehicles. The suspect drove recklessly and ran the traffic lights; his actions have caused several severe injuries.

This is a criminal who was probably looking to kidnap and or seriously injure an innocent child, young adult or female. We feel bad that the police pursuit and chase ended up with 11 damaged vehicles and injuries. However, we are pleased that we can make a difference by reporting the suspect to the authorities.
The suspect’s vehicle, White and Blue van rested after it caught fire after colliding with 11 vehicles off the Euclid st exit in Anaheim ; Thursday at approximately 5:00 PM.
Further investigation by Orange County private investigators revealed that the white and blue van was a 1985 Chevy and hasn’t been registered since 1985. The suspect had several warrants pending according to Anaheim police department.
